How long does it take to process an order?
We process orders within 2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can also check the latest status of your order via our shipping status tracking page.
Do you ship to locations outside the U.S.?
No. We currently offer shipping services only within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Which shipping carrier do you use?
USPS (United States Postal Service).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends directly on the distance between your shipping address and our warehouse. Based on our past shipping experience, orders for most regions are delivered within 3 to 8 business days. Orders for remote areas typically arrive within 12 business days.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
